There is no minimum or maximum number of books or boxes for Ontario personal pickups. Each box must weigh no more than 50 lb. Let us know in advance if you have more than 20 boxes. This is a scheduling threshold, not a collection limit; we may need to arrange collection on a different day.
You can also bring books to our warehouse during drop-off hours.
Reply to your booking email or contact our team. We will check the route and arrange another date if the pickup was missed. If your plans change, contact us to reschedule.
We sort books for donation and resale. Donations support literacy programs and people with limited access to books. Sales help fund collection, donation, and recycling. Books unsuitable for reuse go to a dedicated paper recycler. See how your books get a useful next life.
We do not currently provide donation tax receipts. If you need a written acknowledgment of your collection, ask our team before the pickup.
